Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading or using any South Menu software (including South Menu and South Generator), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Every license key is issued to a single end user. Sharing, reselling, leaking or publicly posting your key is strictly forbidden. Any key found to be in use by more than one person, or distributed outside the original buyer, will be revoked without refund and the associated account permanently banned.

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute or PayPal claim against South Menu — for any reason — will result in immediate, permanent account termination and license revocation. If you have a billing concern, contact support first. Filing a dispute before contacting us forfeits any right to support or future purchases.

Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity information, social-engineering staff, attempting to defraud the key generator, or lying to support staff will result in a permanent ban across all South Menu services. We reserve the right to share fraud indicators with payment processors and partner platforms.

Licenses are hardware-locked. The first successful login binds your license to that machine's hardware identifier (HWID).

• Weekly and Monthly tiers include 1 HWID reset per billing cycle.
• Lifetime tier includes unlimited HWID resets, subject to anti-abuse review.
• HWID reset requests require a screenshot of the loader's HWID prompt and a written reason.
• Requests submitted with falsified information will be denied and may result in suspension.

All sales are final. Because South Menu products are digital goods delivered instantly, no refunds are issued under any circumstances — including, but not limited to: accidental purchase, change of mind, hardware incompatibility, anti-cheat bans, or temporary downtime. By completing checkout you explicitly waive any statutory cooling-off period where legally permitted.

South Menu reserves the right to revoke any license, at any time, without refund, for violations of these Terms — including key sharing, fraud, chargebacks, abuse of staff, abuse of the HWID reset system, or any attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute or tamper with the software.

You agree not to use South Menu software to violate the laws of your jurisdiction, to harm other players, or to attack infrastructure that is not yours. South Menu is a tool — responsibility for its use rests with the operator.

The software is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. Game updates, anti-cheat changes, or third-party platform decisions may temporarily disrupt service. Such disruptions are not grounds for a refund.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of South Menu services after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
